Steaming【JAS organic certification】
Raw rice is hard and difficult to digest. By heating the addition of water, it loose structure of the starch and it is easily digested. By rapid drying of the steamed rice, it can prevent that the structure of the starch is back again.
We have two large steaming machines and a few number of dip tank. If rice is capable of mass production of 1-day 50t.
It is also possible to carry out the sprouted process.

Roasting【JAS organic certification】
We own multiple roasting machines (hot air roasting, hot air drum type roasting, direct flame drum type roasting). We select the roasting machine to use according to raw materials and intended use. In addition, each roasting machine has been customized to our original specifications and has become a machine packed with our technology.
Depending on the type of roasting, scale-up / down of production volume is also possible, so we will propose widely according to your request.

Puffing (Crisping)【JAS organic certification】
The puff processing, is a heat treatment method called puffed processing.
By once releasing the pressure after heating at high pressure the raw materials, and at once replace the air a slight moisture present in the interior.
Countless small cavity is formed inside grains by swelling. And the hard ingredients will bulge and change to a crispy texture.
（Note: The texture will vary depending on the material）
In general, you can imagine forms like popcorn or pon candy, but our puff processing is characterized by swelling while keeping the shape derived from raw materials.

Soybean dedicated line（Soybean flour）【JAS organic certification】
We are doing a series of processing of "roasting, crushing, packaging" exclusively for soy allergen. We mainly manufacture soy flour.
Because it deals with allergen materials, it is isolated from other raw materials from arrival to shipment. The specialists of this line wears static elimination clothes at the time of manufacture, and wears white coat when moving, preventing contamination to other products.

Pulverizing【The manufacturing license of Food additive】
We adopt airflow type pulverizing. It is a relatively difficult way for heat to enter. It can process from raw material input to powder discharge within several seconds. Therefore, it has the feature that thermal damage is not easily given to raw materials.
Since this machine can be disassembled and cleaned, it is hygienically processed.
In addition, because it owns a particle size analyzer, it is possible to measure the particle size distribution at our company.

Import and export business
We have a network to China and Southeast Asia as there are joint ventures and cooperating companies in China. In addition to importing Chinese tea (Oolong tea and Jasmine tea etc.), we make use of its sales channels and supply raw materials to overseas.
We are also expanding our network from Asia to America and Europe.

Bonded factory
At our Nara factory, we have obtained approval from a bonded factory, it is possible to bring in foreign currency raw materials and carry out commissioned processing. Currently we are applying approval / processing for one item.（Note: Applications are required for each item. ）
